announces the 2024

NEW YORK EARLY MUSIC CELEBRATION

2024 marks the 50th anniversary of the founding by Frederick Renz of the Early Music Foundation, with a commitment to concentrate on services to the field of historically informed performance. In honor of this anniversary, EMF is planning the eighth New York Early Music Celebration, the first since 2019.

As with recent Celebrations, events will take place in the autumn, over the course of two to three weeks. During the Celebration, EMF expects to present several concerts by guest ensembles at its home base, the First Church of Christ, Scientist.

We invite you to participate during the Celebration period. As always, NYEMC will provide a promotional/marketing ‘umbrella’ to supplement your own efforts.

We know you’re focused on 2023-2024, but we encourage you to start thinking now about planning for the 2024 New York Early Music Celebration. Feel free to contact me to discuss ideas and make suggestions!

Yours for the NYEMCause,

DG Signature
