Click the underlined date you request to open the "Add New Event" window.

Posting Instructions "Add New Event":

"Presenter" should be the name of the artist/ensemble or NYC series sponsor (abbreviate where possible).

In your event detail, please list:

  • "Rehearsal" or "Performance"
  • "Medieval," "Renaissance," "Baroque," or "Classical"
  • "Orchestra," "Chorus," "Vocal," "Instrumental," "Mixed Ensemble," or "Solo Recital"
  • "Pending" or "Firm"
  • Start Time & End Time
